United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) facilitates the lending of money to individuals who want a good or service, but don’t have the current cash-on-hand to pay for the purchase in full…sometimes taking a chance on individuals that other finance companies have turned down.

All we ask in return is for each consumer to make their payments to us as agreed within the contract they signed.

We strive to provide exceptional consumer service going above and beyond your expectations to help us ensure each and every customer we serve is treated fairly and with respect.

For Businesses

After signing with UCFS to offer financing as a payment form to customers, (think: cash, credit card or low monthly payments), our Client Services/Underwriting and Training team members are ready to support businesses up to 16 hours a day!

UCFS’ goal is to help every one of our business partners serve more customers. When sellers offer low monthly payments, consumer can make their purchase without cutting into daily living expenses.

After becoming a UCFS Merchant/Distributor, we help businesses by:

  • Providing a web portal for credit applications, creating contracts, reviewing payments made to the business
  • Accepting credit applications over the phone
  • Accepting supporting documents for sales that are financed
  • Training sales staff on how to offer financing
  • Paying businesses within 2-3 days of contract signing or service provided.
  • Providing personalized brochures so consumers see payment examples for their purchase
  • Handling consumer repayment for the life of the loan
